a. Inside Dhaka:

  • We provide fast and reliable shipping services within Dhaka, ensuring doorstep delivery of your items.
  • Your order is typically delivered within 1-5 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • Current Delivery charge: Tk 60
  • Payment methods: Cash on delivery, bKash/Nagad, Card (Visa, Master & Amex)

b. Outside Dhaka:

  • For customers outside Dhaka, we offer efficient shipping services, including doorstep delivery & pickup from courier offices.
  • Orders are expected to arrive within 4-7 business days from confirmation.
  • Current Delivery charge: Tk 120
  • Payment methods: Cash on delivery, bKash/Nagad, Card (Visa, Master & Amex). Depending on the order value or other circumstances, partial or full advance payment may be required. Our team will contact you for clarification if necessary.

c. No Video, No Claim:

To ensure accuracy and expedite resolutions, we require an unboxing video for all claims.

  • Distinguish pre-existing damages from transit damages.

e. Claims Resolution:

Upon receiving your claim and video, our team will promptly review and offer a suitable resolution, such as replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy

Products eligible for exchange must be in original condition, unopened, and unused. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt for exchange requests, bearing shipping charges.

Change of Mind Return & Exchange Policy:
